Cheers to Change: Repurposed Wine Bottle Challenge

I'm teaming up with Wine Me? for a fun repurposing challenge with 2 ways to win! A love for wine can sometimes bring you babies, headaches, and a bin full of bottles.

In true Create Change spirit we want are hosting the Cheers to Change: Repurposed Wine Bottle Challenge- submit your most creative/innovative/downright crazy upcycled wine bottle ideas and possibly have your project featured in the Create Change Mobile App plus win a hand painted Wine Me? glass! (see more glasses here!)

Upload an image of the finished project, sketch, or send along a video showcasing your creative ideas to win plus you can earn a few spots in the random drawing for a second awesome glass. Browse The Create Change Pinterest Board or this fabulous post from Apartment Therapy for inspiration and take action to change the way we consume and create! While we may not be able to completely eliminate the garbage coming out of our homes, if we find creative ways to reuse materials (along with recycling) we will cut back on the amount of trash we produce while injecting color, textures, and wonder into our lives and communities.

You could win one of these! Photo Wine Me?
For me, Create Change is a movement to change the way we consume and create. There is potential for growth and community. What really gets me excited is the idea to have live events- an ecocraftaganza of sorts. Nurturing the DIY & ecowarriors that are seeded inside all of us. How much fun would it be to learn new skills & use them in ways that make the Earth a better place? If we find creative ways to reuse materials we will cut back on the amount of trash we produce while injecting color, textures, and wonder into our lives and communities. I submitted the project for a GOOD Maker Grant- and I need your vote to make it happen. You can only vote 1x in the competition through 8/23. Cheers to change.

  1. The wine glasses are beautiful! I wish I could do something with bottles, but this is clearly not my area. However I will watch with a great interest. I voted for your project, too.
